I was very lucky to have the opportunity to visit Honduras not only as a media intern but also as a volunteer. Working with Paramedics for Children (PFCI) was an eye-opening experience for a young creative like me. My role was to create promotional materials, including short videos and photos, for PFCI as we got involved in the program's activities. We visited schools in the areas twice a week to give out school supplies to the children and to have activities with the students; we also assisted at Clinica la Esperanza - the organization's clinic that offers medical care to local people.
